October Road does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please contact us via email if you have any problems with your order. Some exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us via email for inquiries. In the event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us at OctoberRoad@gmail.com within three days of receipt of item.
All orders will ship within 3-10 business days of receipt of payment, depending on order volume. Business days are Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm PT, and exclude federal holidays. Orders will be shipped via USPS and a tracking number will be provided to you. October Road is not responsible for your package once it is in the possession of USPS for shipment. You will need to contact USPS directly for inquiries regarding your package.
